ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CONSTRUCTION OF HYDE COUNTY SCHOOLS INDUSTRIAL ARTS CENTER
Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00pm on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at the offices of Cahoon + Kasten Architects, 118 W. Wood Hill Drive, Nags Head, NC., for Hyde County Schools Industrial Arts Center at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Cahoon & Kasten, Architects, 118 W. Woodhill Drive, Nags Head, NC or at the following plan rooms: Contractor’s Resource Connection, LLC, 400 South Road St., Suite B-1, Elizabeth City, NC; Carolina AGC, (McGee Reprographics) 2095 Evans St., Greenville, NC; UPS Store, 5561 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk, NC 27949 and digitally at Reed Construction Data, McGraw Hill Dodge Plan Room and Carolina AGC. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Cahoon & Kasten, Architects upon payment of $500.00 for each set. Electronic copies are free of charge. Any bidder or non-bidder, upon returning the contract documents promptly and in good condition will be refunded $500.00.
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 10:00am onsite at 20392 US Hwy 264, Swan Quarter, NC. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory.
