Hyde County Schools through the Exceptional Children (EC) Program is hosting a Parent University for our district parents and guardians. The initiative is offering a series of 5 in-person training sessions specially designed to give parents/guardians the knowledge and skills to become effective lifelong advocates in their child’s education and beyond.
Even though this initiative is coming out of the EC Department, this invitation is not only limited to parents with exceptional children in the school system. This is open to all and feel free to sign up to one or more sessions you feel would be helpful to learn more about.
